Contact form. When you send us a message through our contact form we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and your message — so we can respond to you.
Bookings. Tour reservations are processed by FareHarbor, our booking provider. The information you enter when booking (name, contact details, party details, and payment information) is collected and processed by FareHarbor under its own privacy policy (https://fareharbor.com/privacy/). We receive the reservation details needed to operate your tour; we never see or store your full payment card number.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data under Google’s privacy policy. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.
Referral cookie. If you arrive through a partner or promotional link, we store the referral code in a browser cookie for 24 hours so the partner can be credited if you book. It contains no personal information.
