Aloha and welcome to Oahu’s newest, premier up and coming outdoor event space! Our goal is to provide you with a quality event space to make your party planning as stress free as possible. No more hunting for the perfect grassy area at a public park, or waking up at 5 a.m. to try and hold a decent spot to pop up a tent on the beach. Reserve an event space with us, and exchange all of that hassle for peace of mind.

As an effort to make party planning even easier for you, we have added a variety of exclusive on-site activities to make your party memorable, curating a one of a kind experience for all your event’s needs. For any questions or to reserve a private party with us, please contact our 808 630 6103!

Host Your Next Event With Us!

Terms & Conditions

Reservations
  • A 20% deposit is required to reserve your date (payment plans are available upon request).
  • Reservations must be paid in full no less than 7 calendar days before the date of the reservation.
Regulations
  • Outside food and drink are welcomed and encouraged!
  • Outside vendors must be approved.
  • There is absolutely NO driving on the grass.
  • No pets are allowed on the premises.
  • No Smoking.
  • Guests participating in the pony ride add-on must wear closed toe shoes and sign liability waivers. Helmets are also required, and will be provided.
Cancellations

Private parties must be cancelled 4 weeks before the date of the party to receive a full refund. Private parties cancelled within 14 calendar days are eligible for a partial refund.

Clean Up

All parties must shut down and clean up by their designated end time. Parties may request time extensions by contacting our Event Coordinator by email (slade@northshorestables.com) or by phone (808 445 9288).

Please contain all trash in trash bags, and place all filled trash bags in one location. Trash removal is included with venue rental, however, a cleaning fee of $200 will be added to the reservation’s credit card on file if an excessive amount of waste (not contained in trash bags) is left over from the party.

Add-On Services
  • Pony Rides (+$250)
    • NO LONGER AVAILABLE
  • Power Wheels (+$300)
    • Includes 6 units for the duration of the unit’s battery life
    • Batteries usually last 2-3 hours with continuous use
  • Bouncy House (+$200)
    • Choose between a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Obstacle bounce house or an Obstacle-Slide bounce house, or get both!
    • Rental lasts for the duration of the party reservation unless otherwise specified.
  • Mini Carousel (+$200)
    • Electric powered mini 3 horse carousel.
    • Weight limit per carousel horse is 80 lbs.

Event Spaces

The Center

This is our most cost-effective event space option. Includes partial coverage, a large open grassy area, picnic tables, and shared bathroom. Add-ons are available for this event space, and the capacity is 100 guests.

The Cabanas

The Cabanas are our most popular private event space! It includes 2 elevated wooden cabanas, 1 central wooden cabana, an air-conditioned 4-stall bathroom trailer, wooden picnic tables, and complimentary guest parking. The space also has a large grassy area, and its capacity is 200 guests. Add-ons are also available for this event space.

Please note the following amenities must be rented through an outside vendor: guest transportation, tents, and lighting.

The Point

The Point is our most exclusive private event space! It includes an air-conditioned 4-stall bathroom trailer, wooden picnic tables, and complimentary guest parking. The space also has a large grassy area, and its capacity is 300 guests. Add-ons are also available for this event space.

Please note the following amenities must be rented through an outside vendor: guest transportation, tents, and lighting.
