Choose from three event spaces on property! Each event space has its own special characteristics and amenities included. Add-on rentals such as pony rides, bouncy houses, power wheels, carnival games, tents, and sound systems are also available! Host Your Next Event With Us!

Host your own private party at one of our exclusive event spaces! Event space rental duration is 6 hours including set up and break down. Please contact our Events Coordinator by email (events@northshorestables.com) or by phone (808 400 8145) for more information or to make a reservation today!

Reservations

Private party reservations at both event spaces include:

  • Air conditioned bathrooms (4 stalls)
  • Wooden picnic tables
  • Complimentary guest parking

Reservations at The Point also include:

  • Rustic in-house bar (alcohol not included)

Reservations at The Cabanas also include:

  • 2 elevated, wooden cabanas
  • 1 central cabana

Please note the following amenities must be rented through an outside vendor: guest transportation, tents, and lighting.

Terms & Conditions

All parties must clean-up by their designated end time. Parties may request time extensions by contacting our Event Coordinator by email (events@waialuabeach.com) or by phone (808 400 8145).

Please contain all trash in trash bags, and place all filled trash bags in one location. Trash removal is included with venue rental, however, a cleaning fee of $200 will be added to the reservation’s credit card on file if an excessive amount of waste is left over from the party.

Guests participating in pony rides must wear closed toe shoes and sign liability waivers. Guests under 18 years old must wear helmets (we will provide).

A 20% deposit is required to reserve your date. Reservations must be paid in full no less than 7 calendar days before the date of the reservation. Payment plans are available upon request.

Outside vendors are welcome.

No reservations past 9:30pm.

Pets are not allowed.

Damage Fees

A damage fee of $200 – $800 will be added to the reservation’s credit card on file if any rental items included in the reservation are left inoperative or inordinately damaged.

Add-Ons

  • Pony Rides (+$250)
    • Includes 30 minutes of pony rides with two available horses!
    • Pony rides must be scheduled with a specific start time. Please call 808 400 8145 to schedule pony rides for your party!
  • Power Wheels (+$300)
    • Includes 6 large units and 4 small units for the duration of the unit’s battery life
    • Batteries usually last 2-3 hours with continuous use
  • Bouncy House (+$200)
    • Choose between a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Obstacle bounce house or an Obstacle-Slide bounce house, or get both for +$400
    • Rental lasts for the duration of the party reservation unless otherwise specified
  • Sound System (+$200)
    • Sound system rental includes two speakers and a small mixing board with a 3.5mm audio jack input and chord (ability to plug into phone head jacks)
    • A microphone is available upon request
  • Stage (+$200)
    • 4′ x 6′ stage that sits about 8″ above the ground
    • Usually used at The Point (the central cabana at The Cabanas is often used as a stage)
  • Mini Carousel (+$200)
    • Electric powered mini 3 horse carousel
    • Weight limit per carousel horse is 80 lbs
  • RC Track (+$150)
    • A large wooden remote controlled car race track with 6 cars included
  • Skeeball (+$40)
    • A wooden North Shore Stables variation of Skeeball
