Private Parties

 

Choose from three event spaces on property! Each event space has its own special characteristics and amenities included. Rates depend on the event space selected and total number of guests in attendance, including adults and children. To view each event space and pricing, please go to our book online page and select “Private Oceanfront Parties.”

Add-on rentals such as pony rides, bouncy houses, power wheels, carnival games, tents, and sound systems are also available! To see a full list of pricing and options, please go to our book online page and select “Private Parties.”

At this time we are not offering trailering services to facilitate pony rides at other locations, but we hope to include this option in the near future.

Event Spaces

The Point

The Cabanas

The Center

Host your own private party with beachfront views! Event space rental duration is 4 hours. Capacity for The Center is 50 guests. Please contact our Events Coordinator by email (events@northshorestables.com) or by phone (808 400 8145) for to request time extensions.

Other Fees

  • A cleaning fee of $200 will be added to the reservation’s credit card on file if an excessive amount of waste is left over from the party (does not include waste that is contained and placed in trash bags)
  • A damage fee of $200 – $800 will be added to the reservation’s credit card on file if any rental items included in the reservation are left inoperative or inordinately damaged.

Add-Ons

  • Pony Rides (+$250)
    • Includes 30 minutes of pony rides with two available horses!
    • Pony rides must be scheduled with a specific start time. Please call (808)400-8145 to schedule pony rides for your party!
  • Power Wheels (+$300)
    • Includes 6 large units and 4 small units for the duration of the unit’s battery life
    • Batteries usually last 2-3 hours with continuous use
  • Bouncy House (+$200)
    • Choose between a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Obstacle bounce house or an Obstacle-Slide bounce house, or get both for +$400
    • Rental lasts for the duration of the party reservation unless otherwise specified
  • Tents (+$150 – $250)
    • A 20’x20′ tent is available for +$150
    • A 20’x30′ tent is available for +$250
  • Sound System (+$150)
    • Sound system rental includes two speakers and a small mixing board with a 3.5mm audio jack input and chord (ability to plug into phone head jacks)
    • A microphone is available upon request
  • Stage (+$200)
    • 4′ x 6′ stage that sits about 8″ above the ground
    • Usually used at The Point (the central cabana at The Cabanas is often used as a stage)
  • Mini Carousel (+$150)
    • Electric powered mini 3 horse carousel
    • Weight limit per carousel horse is 80 lbs
  • RC Track (+$100)
    • A large wooden remote controlled car race track with 6 cars included
  • Skeeball (+$40)
    • A wooden North Shore Stables variation of Skeeball
  • Basketball Hoop (+$200)
    • A 6.5′ tall carnival-style basketball hoop with 3 basket balls

 

Requirements

Guests participating in pony rides must wear closed toe shoes and sign liability waivers. Guests under 18 years old must wear helmets (we will provide).

All parties must clean-up by designated end time. Parties may request time extensions by contacting our Event Coordinator by email (events@northshorestables.com) or by phone (808 400 8145).
